ETHNIC
In this section you are introduced to the use of ethnic prints and Adinkra symbols on garments, especially suited to naming ceremonies and special occasions. Adinkra symbols are West African (Ghanaian) symbols which are filled with wisdom and meanings and are particularly suited to naming ceremonies. If you purchase a garment with a symbol, you can also purchase a plaque of what the symbol means.

Silk faille garments with a print embroidery for both sexes. The symbol 'BI NKA BI' means 'no one should bite the other', a symbol of peace and harmony. The symbol is in the same fabric of the matching cotton cape. As an alternative matching hats are available upon request.
