HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
All our gowns are handmade in England, by special order, exclusively for you, so please be patient. A majority of our gowns and accessories are DRY CLEAN ONLY. To order, decide on the style and size that you would like, and also any accessories. Please add £3.95 postage and packaging to your bill for any garments. email us at orders@blessthechild.co.uk and await the comfirmation that your order has been accepted. If there are any queries concerning the order i.e change of fabric, colour addition to style, please email us at engdesigns@msn.com or write us at the above address prior to the order.
ORDER COMFIRMATION
Once your order has been accepted (this process is to make sure that what you have ordered is available) you will be notified by email. You can then send a cheque for the required amount. You will be given an Order Number. Keep this number safe because it will help us keep track of the processing.
PAYMENTS
We accept payment by cheques or postal orders made payable to E & G Designs.
DELIVERY
Delivery will take 2/3 weeks depending on item ordered. We usually send goods by first class mail recorded delivery..
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will glady refund it. We must be notified within 3 days of you receiving the order by email or phone. Items must be returned unworn, with all labels and tags attached and intact, together in their original packaging. You will be refunded within 14 days in the original payment manner. You will be notifyed by email once the payment has been made. We do not refund the cost of postage unless it is our own error. You should obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the postage system.
If you wish to cancel your order, you are asked to do so as soon as pratically possible, by telephone or email. If your cancellation is received after the item is despatched them the returns policy stated above applies.
All our items goes through a stringent quality control, but however in the unlikely event you are sent faulty or damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible in order to receive a full refund.
